Meet Panda and Edison - a bonded pair of kittens with gentle hearts and curious minds!
These two came to us through another rescue and have been quietly taking in the world ever since. They are shy and a little skittish, the kind of kittens who prefer to observe first and participate second. If you move too quickly, they will politely excuse themselves. If you sit calmly and let them decide the pace, you'll see their sweet personalities begin to shine.
Panda is the slightly braver half of the duo, especially when a wand toy appears. She can't resist a good interactive play session and will happily bat, pounce, and chase while keeping a comfortable distance. Edison tends to watch thoughtfully before joining in, but he enjoys playtime just as much once he feels safe. Together, they make a quiet, endearing little team.
They both love treats and are comfortable being near their people. They will hang out in the same room, lounge nearby, and keep you company. At this stage, they're not fans of being petted and will move away if you try, but they are not aggressive, just unsure. With patience, routine, and gentle encouragement, their confidence will continue to grow.
Panda and Edison are both eating a prescription diet called Royal Canin GI kitten, to help with digestion. Any dietary changes should be discussed with a veterinarian. A starter supply of their food will be provided at no added cost upon adoption.
Panda and Edison are looking for a calm, understanding home that will let them blossom in their own time. For someone who appreciates the quiet reward of earning a shy cat's trust, this pair will be incredibly special companions. If you feel that you could be that someone, apply to adopt Panda and Edison today!
